Key Management Team Steve Lipkin, North American Sales and Marketing - As an owner of an independent restaurant for over 6 years, combined with his extensive experience working in the world of high-tech, Steve understands what restaurant owners need from a POS solution while also understanding how to deliver that solution at a more competitive price. Steve has worked with numerous restaurants and stadiums since the inception of Khamu, so he brings a wealth of knowledge on how to make Sapphire a better product. Ray Nelson, Lead Systems Engineer - Ray has held various technical certifications, including a Novell Master Certified Network Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Ray has extensive experience designing an implementing 802.11 wireless, Ethernet, and wide area networks, including fiber optics, cell and frame relay. Ray implemented the first version of Sapphire Spectra. Mike Lydon, Lead Developer - Mike has been a software engineer for over 19 years and has focused on the database market for over 14 years. He was the lead developer and R&D manager for the Advantage Database Server, an embedded database product that is used to power thousands of different vertical solutions around the world. Mike received his MBA from Boise State University. |
