Annual Support Agreement

• Cost is 15% of Sapphire Spectra software product standard pricing and is billed annually. Multiple sites may incur incremental billing or some other support arrangement.

• This agreement only covers Khamu's software products; hardware warranties are covered by their respective manufacturers. Khamu will try to help solve hardware or third-party software problems wherever possible. Khamu bills at $75/hour plus materials for work above and beyond the standard support contract. Travel costs may apply.

• Priority response to all electronic and phone messages.

• No extra cost to upgrade to the latest revision of Sapphire.

• Customer Login site containing support documents and Sapphire revision history. This is also the site to access the Sapphire remote assistance feature to connect to your product over the Internet (if configured).

• Web Training* supplied at no extra cost.

• On-site consulting for Sapphire products at $1000 per day plus expenses.

• Unlimited access to support desk for all via phone or electronic.

• Regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm; critical support assistance is available from 7am to 10pm, Monday through Sunday; all times are Mountain Standard Time.

* Web Training is training provided by Khamu Solutions to customers that have Internet access via the web.

Note: Khamu reduces costs by utilizing the Internet wherever possible. If your site does not have Internet access or some form of remote access additional costs may apply.

Khamu Solutions reserves the right to change the support offerings and pricing. You will be notified prior to renewal of your annual support contract of any changes.

Support calls while not covered by an annual agreement will be billed at $125 per incident.
