GETTING STARTED WITH KULABOARD

For each menu board display your will need the following:

• A flat panel tv display with HDMI inputs and preferrably 1080p resolution
• A Kulaboard Mini-PC
• Necessary mounting & wiring hardware
• Stable internet connection

You can order the TV from us or source it yourself. You must order the Mini-PC from us unless you already have a dedicated computer for each display you want.
You will be responsible for mounting the tv and ensuring you have internet access.

With your input our professional graphics team will develop a base design for your menu boards. If you have your own graphics or would like to design them on your own we can provide you with access to the software to get to work on this.

Our team will take the information and images you provide and put together your boards. We can also show you how to do this yourselves to expedite the process. We can then configure the boards as necessary applying schedules and setting display durations and sequences with your guidelines.

Once the boards are completed we remotely access your mini-pcs to finalize the setup on your screens and setup contingencies in case you run into power or internet outtages.

You will be provided with a user guide and a login accessible from any computer with an internet connection to be able to go in and edit the content of your menu boards. We continue to make this process as simple and as intuitive as possible so that almost anyone can do this.
